convenient and well-located stay

helpful staff air conditioning convenient location

the staff were very polite and helpful i found this valuable. the room had air conditioning this was a bonus. the location suited me perfectly i needed to be halfway between the station and king's college.

the room had a shower head that was black and covered in limescale i was not impressed.

the hotel is located a short walk from the town center this made it very easy to get to shops and attractions i also appreciated that the premises included a small bar on site for drinks.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

small bathroom weak pressure

the bathroom was notably small (a sink was the size of a hand). the shower had very weak water pressure. these factors affected my comfort during the visit.

An Okay Stay, Needs Improvement

faulty valve expired coke

The bar service was quite disappointing. On one evening, the staff seemed unsure about red wine and served incorrect options. The coke I ordered tasted off (I later realized it was past its expiration date). The hotel appears somewhat worn. With a bit more care, it could improve.
